As Chief Operations Officer, Charles Mackey Jr. brings over 30 years of team building and marketing experience, combining his background in youth ministry, engineering, corporate problem-solving, and mentorship.

As a Certified Community Coach, Charles spent 10+ years with the Police Dept. coordinating support for several law enforcement agencies.

As an NRG Wave leader, he will help equip members in building sustainable businesses through proven systems, practical guidance, and unwavering support. He is also the architect of the "Street-Level" Training and Coaching Support System.

Kara Bush

Kara Bush brings nearly 20 years of direct sales and affiliate marketing experience. Specializing in operations, technology, and distributor support, she is dedicated to fostering meaningful connections while helping drive NRG Wave's vision and growth.

David Bryant

Vice President, Member Development

Known as "Mr. Support Friend," David Bryant brings over 25 years of coaching, business and referral marketing expertise to our management team.

As a successful songwriter in the '80s, David wrote songs for some of the most iconic voices in music history, including Whitney Houston, Jody Watley, Janet Jackson, Eddie Money, Smokey Robinson, Dionne Warwick, Deneice Williams, Jeffrey Osborne, Robbie Nevil, Vanessa Williams, Sister Sledge, The Pointer Sisters and many others.

While dealing with a chronic health challenge in his 30's and 40's, David shifted his songwriting instincts toward natural health and wellness, personal development, coaching, branding and financial empowerment. He is also the architect of the YOU + 2 Share & Support Brand that encourages members to "Give Support Before You Receive Support" and "Create Support For YOU + 2" in 2 of the most important areas of people's lives: Health & Wealth.

Dr. Marty Monahan

Chief Science Officer

Dr. Marty Monahan graduated from Life Chiropractic College in 1990. In 2001 he became one of the few certified for impairment ratings and disability determination for the Forensic Chiropractic Medical Examiner.

He earned his Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine in 2003 and also holds an Idaho Naturopathic Physician state license. Most recently, he has been certified as a veterinary chiropractic practitioner. His other certifications include Injectable Nutrient Therapies (2002), Darkfield Live Blood Cell Analysis (2003), and K-Laser USA Class IV Therapeutic Laser (2011).

He opened his own office in Palatka, Florida in 1998 and served a patient base of 10,000 in Putnam County, and has now moved on to open Sonridge Health and Healing Center. He has co-authored a book, "Blueprint to Optimal Health," and has lectured extensively on the biomechanics of the spine, chiropractic, nutrition, nitric oxide, metabolism, core health and many other natural therapies.
